Wisconsin & Van Gogh

We’re in Michigan visiting family and spending time with our two grandsons while our daughter and her husband celebrate their anniversary in Italy. One of our first stops was the historic Yates Cider Mill, where we enjoyed fresh apple cider, donuts, and a walk along the river. This trip is extra special because we’re taking our grandsons on a high-speed ferry across Lake Michigan to Milwaukee. The ride is smooth and offers beautiful views, especially at sunset. In Milwaukee, we explored downtown, enjoyed great food, and visited unique attractions, including the immersive Van Gogh experience. We also hiked scenic trails like Seven Bridges, taking in views of Lake Michigan and early fall colors. It’s been a memorable trip filled with family, adventure, and meaningful moments.
