In this first part, Mrs. Hui gathers Maui Kitty, Kimo, Kona the dolphin, Annie, Sui, Kane the crab, and the rest of the ‘ohana on the sunny shores of Maui. With wisdom and care, she explains that Easter celebrates God’s great love shown through Jesus, the joy of new life, and the beauty of springtime renewal. The friends receive special tasks to prepare for the Easter celebration — decorating eggs, planning a feast, and creating a joyful Bunny-Hop Dance.
