This Season follows Alexandra (Alex), a young woman deeply scarred by a painful past. After her parents’ divorce and her father’s tragic suicide, she is placed in the care of her uncle Jack. But when he loses custody, Alex ends up in foster care, where she suffers traumatic abuse.

Years later, a pimp pulls her out of that darkness and introduces her to life as an escort. To survive, Alex builds her life on a lie—pretending to be an orphan with no family, no ties, and no past.
Then Jack reappears, driven by a deep need for redemption. What changed? He found faith. Transformed by his spiritual awakening, he sets out to find his niece, determined to right the wrongs he couldn’t stop. He hopes to reunite her with her mother—but more than that, to offer her a family, a future... a destination.
The season ends with the long-awaited reunion between Jack and Alex. Will he be able to win her back? To prove it's not too late for love and healing? The emotional tension peaks in this confrontation, suspended between pain, hope... and faith.

S1. EP 1: Caught short

Alexandra Lynne Gagnon - Alex (age 12) is taken by surprise by a decision her mother makes that will affect the rest of her life.
After school that day, she finds her father in tears under the gasebo. It's the beginning of a succession of tragedies in her life.
